    2011 / 12 ISLAND BARN RESERVOIR SAILING CLUB

    RS 200 WINTER OPEN DAY SERIES 

    Every third Sunday is the RS200 Series Day starting with a warm up on 16 October.

    Formal Series of 5 events kicks off 20 November and runs through to 18 March.
    Racing starts at 10.30.
    Format will be one long and two back to back races.
    Separate start for each race.

    Bottle of wine awarded each month and for overall winner.
    Free entry for club members.
    Guest are very much welcome and will be charge of £10 per week or £40 for the series.

    Berthing can be arranged if required and at a very reasonable rate.

    So the dates are:
    16 October (warm up, only and not part of the series)
    20 November
    18 December
    15 January
    19 February
    17 March (This will now take place on Saturday 17th as part of the SEAS Open)

    The event will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing. The following documents
    will apply; RYA Racing Charter, RYA Prescriptions, IOCA Class Rules and the Sailing Instructions of the event
    All competitors are required to hold third party insurance for racing of at least £2,000,000
