Sunny - well, between the clouds, warmish - well between the clouds, a reasonable racing breeze and a decent turnout. I hope you enjoyed the day: the racing was often good to watch with places hard fought for right through the fleet.
At lunchtime Steve Janering from Wembley was leading from John McKelvie (IRL) and frequent winner of this event Graham Lund. Race three saw some different faces at the front, and left no-one with three good results, so it was all on the last race. Graham led for much of the race, but in the end Steve Janering took the lead on the last lap to take the series by a comfortable margin. A fuller report will appear when we've written it!
The full results are here, and above is a selection of some of the better (or perhaps least worst) of the snapshots I took that were on the screen at lunchtime.
