    The organising authority is Island Barn Reservoir Sailing Club. The event will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing. The following documents will apply; RYA Racing Charter, RYA Prescriptions, RS Class Rules &the Sailing Instructions of the event.  All competitors are required to hold third party insurance for racing of at least £2,000,000
