2011 Island Barn Reservoir Sailing Club Topper Open

Congratulations to Hamish Streeter from Hayling Island Sailing Club for winning this year's IBRSC Topper Open and South East Area Traveller decider. Three second places were "topped" off by a resounding win in the final race. Top Island Barn place went to Nancy Scott, finishing 7th.
