The organising authority is Island Barn Reservoir Sailing Club The event will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing. The following documents will apply: RYA Racing Charter, RYA Prescriptions, OICA Class Rules and the Sailing Instructions of the Event.
All competitors will be required to hold 3rd party racing insurance of at least £2,000,000
