2011 Commodore's Day

On the 17th July we have the Commodore’s day, which following on from the very successful Summer special & Open day (19 June), where we had 37 boats racing and sold about 90 bbq tickets, we are hoping for yet another great club day. This is a day for a bit of competitive sailing and then having fun.

 

The format for the day is: 

10:30  90 minute Pursuit race (may be shorter depending on the weather)

 Mike Jones will be running Junior racing at the same time.
12:30  BBQ
13:30  Prize Giving
14:30  Fun day starts ( Boats to be rigged already) – No sailing school.
17:30  Finish

 

 

Let’s hope the weather is kind to us again, and we get another great turn out. It really is good to see so many of you at these events.
