Summer Special and Open Day 19th June 2011
This year Island Barn Reservoir Sailing Club are opening the doors to all commers to come down to the reservoir and see the club, meet the members and try sailing.
The format for the day is:
Morning (10.30 - 12.30) 2 Handicap races, with various prize categories for Veterans, Masters and an overall open classification. A good fun event with a competitive edge to it
Lunch (12.30 ish) BBQ lunch, cooked by our very own Commodore Rob (and helpers). Afternoon We are holding an open day, so if you have any friends who want to have a go at sailing (who might also be interested in Joining a club) then this is a great opportunity to bring them along.
