How to Calculate Membership Fees
 |
Our Membership year runs April through to March. Membership fees are shown in the tables beneath for each class of membership. For a full year rate look up fees in the April columns. However, if you are joining midway through the year look up the column that corresponds to the calender month that you wish to join.
We offer discounted rates for Senoir Citizens (over 65 years) and Cadets (students under 23 years)
To calculate the total fee you will need to find the appropriate membership rate plus any additional fees if you plan to berth a boat and/or store a road trailer (berthing and trailer fees are shown per boat).
The fees below cover all sailing and racing at IBRSC, with the exception of open meetings (where home sailors pay the same entry fee as visitors), the monthly

pursuit where we ask for £1 charity donation per person, and anyone attending the Tuesday training course (TrySail) where we also ask for £5 to cover expenses. Those 'just sailing' on Tuesday evenings are not charged extra.

1. Wednesday members are only permitted to sail on Wednesday evenings during the Wednesday series. They can, however leave their boat and trailer at IBRSC during the week but must remove them at the end of the Wednesday series.
2. Wednesday membership includes berthing and trailer storage for one boat only.
3. Wednesday members are exempt from normal club duties but must do one duty on a Wednesday evening during the series
