  • Results are here: Light airs evening, very patchy wind, and some different names at the front of the fleet. I'll try and work up a better report some time tomorrow. It was certainly an evening when it paid to be in the right place, which, unluckily for the Laser fleet, they never were. Somewhat galling to see wind in front of you, wind behind you, and flat calm where you are with the clock ticking...  Well done to those who are normally more to the middle of the 200 fleet, were dealt a handful of court cards, and played them impeccably. The Aces, however, were all in Mr Griffiths' hand. Oh, and Alistair Smith deserves a mention: that should not have been a good evening in a Topper. Contributions (as comments) welcome!
