Olympics Disruption
With the Olympics coming here's a table I've come across showing what organisers believe is the most likely disruption in Surrey. For further information the official sources are, I think, the Go Surrey and london2012 websites. No doubt those of you in London will have it even worse.

Large crowds to event in Guildford in the evening. |
Tuesday 24th July | 8:00-9:30 approx | Torch relay | Kingston | Rolling road closures, transport disruption, crowds on the route. |
Thursday 26th July | TBC Expected from around 10am until lunch time | Box Hill Familiarisation | Boxhill | Road closures around Boxhill, excluding the A24. No crowds expected or significant transport disruption. |
Friday 27th July | TBC Expected to be before 09:00 | Torch relay goes up the River Thames, into Elmbridge and surrounding areas | East Molesey, Hampton Court | Potential for smaller crowds along the Thames. Possible road closures expected, TBC. |
